A&F Engineering offers a machine refurbish department specializing in ANCA CNC grinding machines. This provides our customers a cost effective alternative to purchasing new equipment, without sacrificing quality or machine uptime.
At A&F Engineering we stock a vast variety of machine parts so that we can complete your machine refurbishment of service issue in a timely manner while not having to wait for the delivery of necessary parts.
All parts come with the manufacturers warranty and the guarantee of quality work to stand up to the rigors of time.
We are confident that no matter what the condition of your machine, our refurbish service will turn this into a new machine you will be proud to use. There is a six month warranty on all parts and labor for refurbishment.
EVERY REBUILT A&F MACHINE GOES THROUGH THE FOLLOWING:
- Dismantle the machine completely
- All castings are cleaned and inspected
- Clean and inspect all parts, gears, shafts, etc.
- Replace or remanufacture all worn and damaged parts
- Replace all bearings
- Ballscrews are rebuilt or replaced
- Clean and inspect entire lubrication system
- Machine position accuracy and repeatability callibrated
- Sand and fill rough castings
- Straighten or repair all original sheet metal
- Prime and paint the machine to original colors
- All movable wiring harnesses are replaced or repaired
- All the motors that are retained on the machine shall be disassembled, cleaned, windings tested for proper amperage draw, new shaft bearings and new seals installed
